Toby Sowery returned to IMSA competition for the 2025 running of the 12 Hours of Sebring, joining CrowdStrike Racing by APR alongside George Kurtz and Malthe Jakobsen in the #04 ORECA 07-Gibson.
Held at Sebring International Raceway, one of the most demanding circuits in endurance racing, the race proved typically attritional, with changing track conditions, heavy traffic and repeated caution periods shaping the outcome across the 12 hours.
Starting from the back of the LMP2 field, the team focused on execution and consistency, working their way into contention through clean running and disciplined strategy. Across his stints, Sowery delivered controlled, consistent pace, helping to keep the car on the lead lap and within reach of the tightly packed midfield battle.
As the race progressed, the #04 entry remained firmly in the fight, ultimately completing 347 laps and finishing sixth in class—just seconds shy of the cars ahead after 12 hours of racing.
While not a headline result, the performance reflected a composed and professional endurance effort, with Sowery contributing to a clean, mistake-free race in one of the toughest events on the calendar.
