Straight off the back of his Rolex 24 victory, Toby Sowery swapped Florida sunshine for the Austrian mountains.

The destination was the FAT International Ice Race one the most distinctive events in motorsport, set against the backdrop of Zell am See and the Austrian Alps. Blending heritage, performance and lifestyle, the event brings together a unique mix of drivers, industry figures and global brands, all drawn into a world closely aligned with the culture surrounding Porsche.

Between time on track, partner meetings and reconnecting with key figures across the industry, the trip offered a glimpse into a different side of motorsport, one built as much on relationships and access as it is on competition. It also provided an opportunity to spend time with friends at FAT Karting League, continuing a long-standing connection from earlier in Toby’s career.
